As transplant from San Francisco to Denver I am continually enamored by the surrounding natural beauty of Colorado. Drawn to the fresh mountain air and a vast openness in the skyline, I am happy to call Colorado home.
For me, real estate started with the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. A string of like kind boom-literature titles followed, including 2 Years to a Million in Real Estate, The Warren Buffett Way, and so on. What started as a single summer read, inspired a six-month reading frenzy and understanding for how to get a foot in the door of real estate. In my home town on the Central Coast of California, in my early twenties, I placed my first offer on a white Mediterranean-style duplex with terra-cotta roof tile.
Today, my love of people and real estate is realized through helping my clients find their place, their home. To get the house of my client's desires, I negotiate like I would negotiate for myself, upholding their interests highest.
